We have started brainstorming ideas on what the feedback tool shall contain.
Have discussed options for any extra features and have written down our individual ideas in our notes and mind maps.
A few brief mentions on the layout of design have been thrown around but nothing solid yet, stating what should be included and what should be avoid to ensure the site stays "clean, easy to use and user friendly." without cluttering the page.
